I Tucani is our urban jungle-style apartment, with AIR CONDITIONING, newly renovated in 2023 in refreshing shades of green, and it is designed both for young couples on a romantic getaway for a weekend, as well as for medium-term stays for off-site students. It is located on the fifth and top floor of a historic 19th-century, elevator-serviced building and has a spectacular view over the rooftops of Turin.
It is located in Crocetta, near the city center and all the main transports, with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, desk, double bedroom, and bathroom.
I Tucani is a railing apartment on the fifth floor with a lift and has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed with 4 pillows.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Soft sponge towels, all bed linen, and a courtesy kit for the bathroom are available for our guests.
The apartment is completed by a living area with a kitchen with AIR CONDITIONING for a comfortable breakfast or a quick lunch, equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher, induction stoves, and microwave oven; moreover, there is also a desk area which allows the apartment to be used for remote work as well and a beautiful and comfortable sofa.
The presence of a comfortable desk and the speed of the free and unlimited WiFi internet connection make I Tucani perfect for tourists and business trips or study for medium-long stays.
The central and convenient location allows you to reach the Porta Nuova railway station in a few minutes; connections with the whole city are really convenient thanks to the proximity of both the underground and surface transit, thanks to which it is possible to reach the places of the most famous events in Turin in just a few stops: the Pala Alpitour and Oval Lingotto.
Porta Palazzo, the largest open-air market in Europe, Piazza Castello, the Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Madama, the Duomo and the Polo Reale can also be easily reached both by public transport or by a comfortable walk through the city center’s amenities.
Borgo San Secondo is a delightful residential area that retains its community identity: during the day it is a lively high street, with a small daily market, and in the evening and on weekends it is quiet and away from the city’s noise despite being in the center.
Given the architecture and furnishings, the apartment is unsuitable for children of any age.
The windows are soundproof and heat-insulated. The wifi is free and unlimited.

I had the pleasure of residing in this charming apartment for nearly half a year, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! From the incredibly friendly hosts to the convenient location, everything about this place was simply amazing. I found myself feeling right at home.
The location of the apartment was one of the major highlights. Situated in a prime area, it offered easy access to all the necessities one could need. Whether it was grocery shopping, dining out, or exploring the city’s attractions, everything was nearby.
The apartment itself was cozy, tastefully decorated, and filled with all the amenities one could desire. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed me to experiment with cooking and whip up delicious meals.
All in all, my time in this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. I will always cherish the memories I made here, and I’m grateful to the hosts for their hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that offers both convenience and comfort, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!
