A fun, industrial-style designed loft studio, in memory of the blue-collar Turinese apartments of old. The lofty barrel ceiling has been used to place a suspended bed, with steel beams and cables en Plein air.
It’s very bright and with a beautiful complete sight of Maria Ausiliatrice Sanctuary. The windows are wonderfully soundproof and prevent any noise from coming from the trafficked streets below.
Its strategic positioning allows getting to Old Town Centre, Porta Susa train and metro station, and the largest open-air farmer’s market in Europe Porta Palazzo, in mere minutes.
The entrance leads into a kitchen with a dining table complete with furniture and electric appliances, together with kitchen utensils and cutlery. The main feature is a gigantic original poster of a tiger, an original piece made by the Italian pop art artist Mimmo Rotella.
Next is the lounge room, with a cushy couch, a desk, a barebone closet, and a tv set. We include a color printer for any working needs. From the lounge windows, there’s a fantastic sight of Maria Ausiliatrice, and in springtime, the trees will give you a fantastic show of shades and colors.
Back to the kitchen, by climbing 3 steps to get past the microwave you get to the bathroom with a shower, which includes a courtesy kit for each guest and towels.
By climbing another 3 steps you get to the suspended double bedding.
The desk, unlimited internet wifi, and soundproof windows make Studio04! Industrial Design Loft is the perfect place for both short-term tourists, and mid-long-term work travelers as well.
Our deaf guests can receive a specific check-in Italian sign language (via a convention with an ANIOS-certified professional interpreter), which will also include an orientation tour and a description of accessibility services and characteristics of the City of Turin.
It will be necessary for Guests requiring a LIS check-in to specify it as soon as the reservation is completed, in order to book and organize the professional interpreter in time.

Wow- just WOW. This is one of the best hospitality experiences that I have ever had at an Airbnb. Even though I had a layover in Torino for less than 24 hours, they made that time extremely memorable with their lovely loft, professionalism, and communication.
Their flat is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a short or long stay. If I could, I would totally work remotely from their beautiful apartment for a few months. Such attention to detail! So clean! Equipped with everything from printer ink, to a sowing kit, to COVID masks. Marina and her husband went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I would highly recommend their flat to anyone looking to feel like a local in Torino and have an extremely comfortable visit.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e l’appartamento è comodo e con tutti i comfort. Non c’è stato nulla di cui io abbia avuto bisogno e che io io non abbia trovato al suo interno. Un piccolo loft. Carinissimo, silenzioso e veramente molto accogliente.
