The flats consist of an entrance, two double bedrooms PROCIDA and VENTOTENE both of which can be set with either a double bed or two single beds; two single rooms PANAREA and CAPRERA, with 1,4m high bunk beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with toilet), one kitchen, two long balconies, one on the quieter courtyard and the other with a view on the Dora River.
Every room includes beds, chairs, desk, cabinet, shoe locker, lighting, armchair, and free ADSL WI FI.
The Sea in Turin is equipped with a full range of household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, double toasters, electric oven, microwave oven, boiler, tall fridge, plus cutlery, and cooking utensils. All fees and utility expenses are included. For stays longer than a month, we also include a one-monthly cleaning service of rooms and shared areas by a cleaning service.
Bike parking is available in the private box.
Our deaf guests can receive a specific check-in Italian sign language (via a convention with an ANIOS-certified professional interpreter), which will also include an orientation tour and a description of accessibility services and characteristics of the City of Turin.
It will be necessary for Guests requiring a LIS check-in to specify it as soon as the reservation is completed, in order to book and organize the professional interpreter in time.

For short stays meant for families or friend groups during July and August, the following rooms are available: Ventotene (large room with a double bed or two single beds), Procida (large room with a double bed or two single beds), Caprera (single room with a queen sized loft bed). For parties with less than 5 people, some rooms will not be made available.

I had the pleasure to stay 6 months in the apartment. Thanks to Marina, the organization was rapid and very professional. The apartment is well furnished and welcoming. Especially in Summer, the street is really nice, living and also convenient if you have a car. I really recommend this place!

I had planned to stay in il mare a Torino for two weeks and ended up extending as I enjoyed it so much my stay. The room was totally cleaned and sanitized at my arrival. The landlord Marina looks after every detail for you, she is precise with dates and payments, and very responsive over WhatsApp when needed. The neighborhood is close to bars and restaurants and porta palazzo- which is also served by public transports to move in the city. Great ambiance overall- and international roommates!
