Torino Jazz Festival From April 25 to May 2, 2026
The city of Savoy is preparing to host the 14th edition of the Torino Jazz Festival, an event that restores the focus to jazz music. The Turin festival program includes numerous concerts in various locations, conferences, book presentations, film screenings, and other cultural initiatives. The program highlights both internationally renowned artists and emerging talents, offering sounds ranging from traditional jazz to influences of rock, electronica, avant-garde, and new European progressive. For ten days, the Piedmontese capital will be transformed into a true urban stage, with spaces and cultural venues that become natural backdrops for the music.

The MAO Museum of Oriental Art in Turin presents the exhibition “Chiharu Shiota: The Soul Trembles,” a major retrospective dedicated to the internationally renowned Japanese artist. Drawings, photographs, sculptures, and powerful installations delineate a poetic yet restless universe, intertwining memory, identity, and the profound relationship with life and death.

The theme chosen for 2026, “The World Saved by Kids,” takes its title from Elsa Morante’s work and appeals to the perspective of new generations on contemporary reality.
Cinema Museum: My Name is Orson Welles From April 1 to October 5, 2026,
From April 1 to October 5, 2026, the National Cinema Museum in Turin hosts the exhibition My Name is Orson Welles, a wide-ranging project conceived by the Cinémathèque française and curated by director Frédéric Bonnaud. The exhibition features over 400 pieces, including archival materials, photographs, drawings, posters, and audiovisual documents, from public and private collections, as well as the Turin museum’s Orson Welles Fund. The aim is to outline a structured journey around the figure of an auteur who spanned film, radio, and experimentation with visual and sound languages.
Kappa FuturFestival July 3, 4, and 5, 2026 at Parco Dora
After a record-breaking edition that saw over 120,000 spectators gather at Parco Dora from more than 150 countries, the Kappa FuturFestival is already looking to the future and confirming the dates for its thirteenth edition: the festival will return to Turin on July 3, 4, and 5, 2026. Among the performers of the recently concluded edition were leading names in the international electronic music scene, such as Anyma, Carl Cox, Peggy Gou, Nina Kraviz, and Meduza, who have contributed to making the event one of the most followed and celebrated in the world.
Gallerie D’Italia Torino: Piazza San Carlo, 156
The new museum was born as a meeting place between past and future and opened to people with a large agora and an imposing staircase that will also become a place for socializing and will lead visitors to the underground exhibition spaces intended for exhibitions.
The new museum is a unique space in the city, entirely dedicated to photography and video art, which here express, in addition to the aesthetic value linked to the image, the commitment to address contemporary themes.

Guided tours of Palazzo Carignano are scheduled every day. In addition to the usual visit itinerary, the Midnight Apartment is also accessible, usually closed to the public as it is the seat of the offices of the Regional Museum Directorate, where it is possible to admire some of the rooms frescoed at the end of the seventeenth century by the Lombard painter Stefano Maria Legnani, known as Legnanino, together with his workshop.
On the first Sunday of the month, as part of the Domenicalmuseo initiative, admission to the Apartments of the Princes will be free (with a ticket) and allowed with a free visit.
