Groovernolo is a semi-detached 60s-inspired two-room courtyard apartment, in the Crocetta borough, dedicated exclusively to medium-term rent. Fully furnished and renovated, given its location, it is ideal for up to 2 students or off-site workers.
Located between Via Sacchi and Via San Secondo, in the heart of Borgo San Secondo, it enjoys the availability of numerous shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more without suffering the traffic of the main road.
Very convenient to Turin Porta Nuova Station which can be reached in a few minutes’ walk or by two tramway stops.
The apartment is a furnished apartment for rent in Turin, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, with the possibility of two single beds set up, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk. The kitchen is complete with all appliances with a sofa bed, the bathroom has a large shower and separate toilets.
Groovernolo is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric broom, combined fridge, gas stove, kettle, and all the crockery and accessories needed for cooking.
All expenses are included – water, electricity, gas, condominium fees – also Wi-Fi internet.
Bed linen and towels are provided only for stays within 2 months. It is possible to rent it for longer periods.
For all stays longer than one month, 1 monthly cleaning of the apartment is provided by our staff.
Space for bikes is available in the courtyard or on the balcony of relevance.
For our deaf guests, we are happy to be able to offer a support service in Italian Sign Language through an agreement with an ANIOS-certified professional interpreter.

Eravamo a Torino per degli appuntamenti e questo appartamento è molto vicino alla stazione e il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. L’appartamento è evidentemente stato rinnovato da poco, è perfettamente pulito, c’è tutto quello che serve. La doccia è ENORME e il bagno in generale è molto più grande di quello che mi sarei aspettata per questo tipo di casa di ringhiera. Siccome si affaccia su un cortile interno i rumori del traffico praticamente non si sentono e di notte è molto tranquillo. Internet funziona bene. Marina e Raffaele sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili.
My girlfriend and I rented this apartment during our Erasmus exchange period, approximately 5 months. We couldn’t be more satisfied! The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, while still being close to the center. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the train station, and a 5-minute walk to San Salvario, which has a lot of restaurants and great nightlife. The public transportations connections were immediate. The hosts were also very nice and helpful. We give this apartment and its hosts our warmest recommendations.
Groovernolo is a truly great place to stay. I stayed there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. There is everything you’d need for remote working and a great kitchen to work with. I also loved how close it is to the city centre, you are within a short walk of everything. I plan on moving to Turin in the future and would adore to stay around here with Marina and Raffaelle as landlords again. They are extremely welcoming and attentive. I can’t fault them in any way.
We stayed in this apartment for 5,5 months and had a great overall stay! The location is suberb and the interior of the apartment is very nice. The host is always there if you have any questions or problems! 10 out of 10!
